GTA 5 Maude Mission 2 Location And Bounty Hunting Details

2 October 2026 | 86

Bounty hunting side missions in Grand Theft Auto 5 offer players an engaging way to earn cash while exploring Blaine County. After successfully apprehending Ralph Ostrowski, Maude Eccles sends Trevor after his second target, Larry Tupper. Understanding where to find Larry and how to approach the situation ensures you secure the maximum reward for your efforts.

Finding Larry Tupper's Location

Larry Tupper is hiding out in an isolated spot near an abandoned farm in Great Chaparral, situated southwest of Harmony. Unlike standard missions, the game does not provide a direct map waypoint, sending only an email with a photograph of the location. Players should search near the old barn structures located slightly off-road near the Redwood Lights Track area.

Preparing for the Encounter

Approaching Larry Tupper requires a bit of caution because he is not alone at the hideout. He is seen hanging out with several armed associates who will immediately open fire if you approach aggressively. Equipped with proper weapons, players can eliminate his crew from a distance using cover while making sure not to accidentally hit Larry.

Capturing the Bounty Alive

Once his allies are dealt with, Larry will usually attempt to flee on foot. Using a Stun Gun is the safest non-lethal method to stop him immediately without causing fatal harm. Alternatively, you can shoot him in the leg or run up and knock him down to force his surrender.

Rewards and Delivery Details

After Larry surrenders, he will enter Trevor's vehicle voluntarily so you can transport him back to Maude's trailer. Delivering Larry Tupper alive yields the maximum payout of $10,000 for the contract. If he is killed during the encounter, Maude will still accept the contract resolution but the payout is halved to $5,000.
